Our Packaging

Packaging mugs is a skill that we have been honing over the past few years now. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries generally and they can have a habit of being a little heavy handed with our parcels from time to time.

It is in our interests, as well as yours, to have as few breakages as possible which is why we try to package everything as well as possible.

We prepared the following short video to show you how we test our packaging. After viewing this, if your mug arrives broken, you have to wonder, as we do, what exactly happened to it en route!
