Returning Mugs

We offer a "no questions asked" returns policy. It's simple: you have 14 days to change your mind and return your order to us for whatever reason.

There are some basic rules though:

  1. You must not have used the mug;
  2. Any product packaging must be in the condition you received it.
  3. You must be within the UK. (If you wish to return a mug from outside of the UK we are unable to refund your return costs)

If these conditions are met then package your mug safely, go to the post office and send it via 2nd class post (standard parcels for bigger packages) and ask for a receipt as "proof of posting". Our returns address is:

Once we receive the mug we will refund you in full including your return costs.

It's worth letting us know you plan to return a mug so that we know to expect it.
