We offer a "no questions asked" returns policy. It's simple: you have 14 days to change your mind and return your order to us for whatever reason.

There are some basic rules though:

  1. You must not have used the product;
  2. Any product packaging must be in the condition you received it;
  3. You must be within the UK. (If you wish to return something from outside of the UK we are unable to refund your return costs)

My item was broken in the post
If your item was broken in transit then we don't want it back. What would be ideal is a photo of the damage so we can make a claim. Please email a photo to along with your order number.

We are unable to cover the cost of returns from abroad. Please contact us and we can discuss the issue.
